摘要:
新近研究提出,氧化应激损伤是糖尿病及其并发症,以及心血管疾病的重要发病机制之一,干预氧化应激可能成为心血管疾病治疗的新靶点。硫氧还蛋白-1(Trx-1)作为维持细胞内蛋白质还原状态的主要的二硫键还原酶,在对抗细胞的氧化应激,维持细胞正常生理活性中起着重要的作用。同时有学者提出,血清中Trx-1的水平可以作为判断机体氧化应激损伤及疾病程度的一个生物标志物。本文对Trx-1的结构、功能、调控及与疾病的相关性做一综述。
