摘要:
低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)是慢性阻塞性肺病、慢性高原病和新生儿肺病等临床众多心、肺疾病发病的关键环节。我们前期研究证明了κ-阿片肽能够防治HPH。越来越多的证据显示:NO途径参与了HPH的发生和发展。本文结合我们前期研究就NO信号途径在κ-阿片受体介导的抗HPH的可能作用机制作一综述,可为认识防治HPH提供新的学术见解。
