摘要:
抗衰老基因的缺失可出现衰老的表现和病理改变：如寿命缩短、痴呆、动脉粥样硬化及肺气肿等。衰老的机制主要是降解细胞骨架，同时可通过影响细胞的信号传导（包括p53/p21、cAMP、PKC等）而引起衰老的表现。抗衰老蛋白(klotho)可以通过上调内皮细胞源性NO、抑制血栓的形成及血管紧张素Ⅱ等对心血管系统发挥保护作用。本文就衰老基因及其蛋白做一综述，旨在探讨二者与多种心血管疾病的关系。
