目的:分析老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)患病的危险因素。方法: 回顾性分析52例老年SDHVD和68例无心脏瓣膜钙化的对照组的临床资料、超声心电图和其他辅助检查结果。对本研究涉及到的相关因素组间分布情况进行统计分析,并对存在组间差异的相关因素进行多因素的Logistic回归分析。结果: 单因素分析显示年龄、高血压病、冠心病、高脂血症在两组间分布有显著性差异。通过Logistic回归分析结果显示SDHVD的危险因素是年龄、高血压病和高脂血症。结论: 年龄、高血压病和高脂血症是SDHVD发病的危险因素。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyze the possible risk factors of senile degenerative valvular heart diseases (SDVHD). METHODS: Clinical data, cardiac ultrasound and other auxiliary examinations of 52 SDHVD patients and 68 patients without heart valvular calcification were analyzed retrospectively. Single factor statistical analysis of relevant factors between groups was conducted. A multifactorial logistic regression analysis between groups was conducted to identify the possible risk factors and their influence on the prevalence of SDVHD. RESULTS: Single factor statistical analysis showed significant differences in age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, and hyperlipidemia between groups. Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed age, hypertension and hyperlipidemia were the possible risk factors for SDVHD. CONCLUSION: Risk factors for SDVHD include age, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
