摘要:
心力衰竭(HF)发生与发展的同时,会伴随着心肌负荷增加,心肌细胞损伤、凋亡,心肌细胞间质的纤维化,以及神经内分泌系统的激活等各种变化。这些变化可通过血清学检测HF的生化标志物了解HF的进展程度,指导HF的治疗。本文对HF的生化标志物进行了综述。
