摘要:
目前从3种常见干细胞的特点看,仍会以成人干细胞的研究和使用为主。胚胎干细胞有望以脐血干细胞作为突破口,并将其储存保养作为个体成年后再生疗法的资源,而将来必将以批量化研究诱导全能干细胞的特性和应用,制造出人造组织、器官、血管等,成为再生医学可以信手拈来的材料。
Abstract:
In view of our present understanding of the three common stem cells, the main research area will continue to focus on the research and application of adult stem cells. Research on the storage and maintenance of embryonic stem cells following a breakthrough in research on umbilical cord blood stem cells can produce resources of individual adult regeneration. In the future, applications of induced pluripotent stem cells in batch will create artificial tissues, organs and blood vessels as useful materials for regenerative medicine.
