- 室性早搏是临床上常见的一种心律失常。一般认为，这种室性早搏对于无器质性心脏病的患者是“良性”的，然而近年来有越来越多的研究表明频发的室性早搏可能会导致心功能恶化，并发展为心肌病。
- Abstract:
- Premature ventricular contraction (PVC) is a clinically common arrhythmia considered to be benign in patients with no organic heart disease. However, in recent years additional studies have shown that frequent PVC may cause cardiac deterioration and progress to cardiomyopathy.
