目的:初步探讨长期饮酒对男性冠状动脉内径及血流速度的影响。方法: 选择2008年7月~2012年7月在我院行冠脉造影,无冠脉粥样硬化狭窄病变的所有男性为研究对象。根据既往是否饮酒及饮酒程度分为3组:重度饮酒组(38例)、轻中度饮酒组(84例)和不饮酒组(67例)。对比分析各组冠状动脉造影结果。结果: 重度饮酒组左主干、左前降支主支、回旋支主支、右冠状动脉主支内径均较轻中度饮酒组与不饮酒组显著增宽(均P<0.05);轻中度饮酒组与不饮酒组无统计学差异。重度饮酒组冠脉扩张病变率(18%)较轻中度饮酒组(2%)与不饮酒组(1%)显著增高(均P<0.05);轻中度饮酒组与不饮酒组无统计学差异。重度饮酒组慢血流现象发生率(29%)较轻中度饮酒组(4%)与不饮酒组(3%)显著增高(均P<0.05);轻中度饮酒组与不饮酒组无统计学差异。结论: 长期大量饮酒可增加冠状动脉扩张的发病率与慢血流的发生率。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the angiographic characteristics of coronary artery in males with long-term alcohol habit. METHODS: Included in this study were males who underwent coronary angiography from July 2008 to July 2012 in our hospital and were found to have no coronary artery stenosis and no diseases that cause coronary artery ectasis. According to their alcohol consumption, subjects were divided into three groups: heavy alcohol consumption, light/moderate alcohol consumption, and no alcohol consumption. The results of coronary angiography were analyzed and compared. RESULTS: The coronary artery diameter in heavy alcohol consumption group was significantly wider than in the light/moderate alcohol group and no alcohol group (P<0.05). In the heavy alcohol consumption group, the rate of coronary artery ectasias (18%) was significantly higher than those in the light/moderate alcohol group (2%) and no alcohol group (1%)(P<0.05) and the rate of slow flow (29%) was significantly higher than in the light/moderate alcohol group (4%) and no alcohol group (3%) (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Long-term heavy alcohol consumption can change the normal form of the coronary artery and increase the incidence of coronary artery dilatation and slow blood flow rate, thus affecting myocardial blood supply.
