摘要:
脐带血是妊娠时期连接母体和胎儿之间的通路,可提供胎儿重要的营养及氧气,被认为生命的连接线。除此之外,近年来脐带血干细胞移植治疗的作用引起关注,不仅对各种血液系统病变的治疗效果显著,而且由于脐带血干细胞分化的潜能,在治疗各种病理性病变如神经系统病变和心血管病变发挥着重要作用,已成为再生医学研究的一个重点。本文对脐带血干细胞移植相关的概念、细胞类型、临床试验及选择脐带血干细胞作为移植来源的优势和展望做一综述。
Abstract:
Umbilical cord is a linking pathway between the fetus and the mother in the pregnancy period and it provides important nutrients and oxygen. Umbilical cord is thus considered the life line. In recent years, more attention has been paid to its transplantation, which has significant treatment effects on various hematological diseases. Umbilical cord blood stem cells have strong differentiation potentials and they play an important role in regenerative medicine. This article discusses some related concepts of umbilical cord blood stem cells transplantation, cell types, clinical trials and the advantages of using umbilical cord blood stem cell as transplant source.
