摘要:
目的:探讨高原地区血清尿酸与代谢综合征及其组分的关系。方法: 对188例正常体检者,按血尿酸水平将患者分为正常尿酸组和高尿酸组,并测定血脂、血糖、血压、胰岛素、C反应蛋白,所有统计学资料采用SPSS100软件处理。结果: 高血尿酸组代谢综合征的患病率(41%)显著高于正常尿酸组(15%,P<0.05),代谢综合征的各组分血脂、血糖、血压、胰岛素、C反应蛋白,在两组之间均有差异显著(均P<0.05)。结论: 血尿酸与代谢综合征及其组分有关联。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid and metabolic syndrome in high altitude areas. METHODS: One hundred and eightyeight patients were divided into two groups: normal group and high uric acid group, and lipids, blood sugar, hypertension, insulin and Creactive protein were detected in all the cases. Independent samples Ttest was used to compare the results of the two groups. RESULTS: Marked differences were observed in lipids, blood sugar, hypertension, insulin and Creactive protein between the two groups. Obvious statistical significance was found between serum uric acid and metabolic syndrome. CONCLUSION: Serum uric acid is closely related to metabolic syndrome in plateau areas. The risk of metabolic syndrome is high in patients with high uric acid.
