摘要:
DNA甲基化是广泛存在于真核生物中的基因修饰机制,对细胞分化过程和基因转录发挥着重要的调节功能。DNA甲基化能够遗传并且受到环境、饮食、衰老和疾病的影响。近年来很多研究发现,DNA甲基化在心血管疾病(如动脉粥样硬化、高血压和心力衰竭等)的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
DNA methylation is a pervasive feature of eukaryotic genomes, which is fundamental for cellular differentiation processes and control of transcriptional potentials. DNA methylation patterns can be inherited and influenced by the environment, diet and aging and can be disrupted in diseases. Recent evidence has suggested that DNA methylomes is important in the development of cardiovascular diseases including atherosclerosis, hypertension and heart failure.
