摘要:: 心肌梗死（MI）是严重的心血管疾病之一，对患者的身心健康具有很大的危害。发生MI时，心电图(ECG)有特征性的改变且伴随有动态的演变规律，因此，其在MI的定位、定性、分类及预后评估等方面具有非常重要的作用。本文概述了MI的ECG的新进展，便于MI患者的诊治及相关研究的发展。

Abstract:: Myocardial infarction (MI) is one of the most serious cardiovascular diseases, imposing great harm on patients physical and mental health. When MI happens, ECG characteristics change and ECG assessment plays a very important role in the positioning, qualitative analysis, classification and prognosis of MI. The author of this paper summarizes the new progress in ECG of MI to facilitate diagnosis and treatment of MI.
