摘要:
目的:通过运用连续性无缝式的社区管理模式加传统药物治疗的手段来提高老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的生存质量、降低医疗费用。方法： 将社区内普查出的CHF患者按居住区域分为干预组和对照组，比较两组患者经过两年不同的处理方法后的各项观察指标的差异。结果： 通过社区医院一体化管理的干预组，其在心功能NYHA分级、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径等方面与对照组相比均存在统计学差异(均P<0.01)。结论： 社区医院的无缝式管理可以明显改善老年CHF患者的治疗效果。
Abstract:
AIM:To improve the life quality and reduce medical costs of elderly patients with chronic heart failure by community-and-hospital seamless management and traditional drug treatment. METHODS: Patients with chronic heart failure in the community were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group, and the differences between the two groups were compared after two years’ time. RESULTS: Statistical differences were found in NYHA grades, left ventricle ejection fraction, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter between experiment group of community-and-hospital seamless management and traditional drug treatment and control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Community-and-hospital seamless management improves the therapeutic effect of the treatment and reduces the medical costs in patients with chronic heart failure.
