摘要:
氧化应激在心血管疾病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。空气中最轻的气体分子氢气作为一种有效的抗氧化剂能够快速的扩散入组织和细胞,有效地抑制与氧化应激有关的血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化、血管内膜异常增生、角膜血管及视网膜血管新生等,为血管疾病的防治提供了崭新的思路。
Abstract:
Oxidative stress plays an important role in the development of cardiovascular diseases. Hydrogen gas (H2), which is the smallest molecule in the atmosphere, has the character of reduction and is easily diffused into the tissues and cells, thus inhibiting some diseases related to oxidative stress such as atherosclerosis, paraplasm of endangium, angiogenesis of cornea and angiogenesis of retina. H2, a novel bioactive molecule, sheds some new light on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
