目的:探讨血浆平滑肌肌球蛋白重链(smooth muscle myosin heavy chain,smMHC)水平与冠状动脉支架置入术后支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis,ISR)的相关性,初步判断血浆smMHC水平作为ISR预测指标的价值。方法: 选择成功实施冠状动脉内药物洗脱支架置入术患者80例,所有患者术后6个月接受冠状动脉造影复查,其中12例有再狭窄作为再狭窄组,68例无再狭窄作为对照组。取两组患者术前、术后血液标本各2 ml,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血浆smMHC水平。结果: 两组患者术前血浆smMHC水平比较差异无统计学意义,术后血浆smMHC水平均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而再狭窄组术后血浆smMHC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 冠状动脉内支架置入术后血浆smMHC水平显著升高,且与ISR相关,smMHC作为ISR的预测指标具有一定价值。
Abstract:
AIM:To examine whether plasma smooth muscle myosin heavy chain (smMHC) can be used to predict restenosis after intracoronary stenting. METHODS: Eighty patients undergoing successful intracoronary stenting were followed by coronary angiography for 6 months after intracoronary stenting. In the restenosis group there were 12 patients and in the control group were 68 patients who had no restenosis after intracoronary stenting. smMHC levels were measured (ELISA) using smMHC-specific monoclonal antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before surgery and after stenting. RESULTS: Plasma smMHC levels between groups before surgery were not statistically significant, but after stenting, plasma smMHC levels were significantly higher than the preoperative smMHC levels (P<0.05). Plasma smMHC levels in restenosis group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Plasma smMHC levels after stenting are significantly increased, which are associated with in-stent restenosis. Plasma smMHC levels can be used as a biochemical marker for the prediction of in-stent restenosis.
