摘要:
目的:分析下体负压诱发晕厥时人体心血管反应的变化特征,为确立意识丧失预警生理参数提供科学依据。方法: 10名健康男性被试者进行梯度下体负压暴露至晕厥前状态,同时连续观察血压、心率、心脏泵血功能及自主神经功能的变化。结果: 在下体负压暴露时,被试者下体负压耐力平均为(856±95) s。下体负压耐力终点前60 s和30 s时被试者心率较基础值分别增加41%和45%(P<0.05),每搏量分别降低49%和49%(P<0.01);耐力终点时心率增加63%(P<0.05),每搏量降低50%(P<0.01)。下体负压耐力终点前收缩压显著降低(P<0.05),低频功率/高频功能(LH/HF)显著升高(P<0.05)。结论: 心率和每搏量的变化量可作为监测意识状态的重要参考指标。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyze the changes of cardiovascular response to syncope induced by lower body negative pressure (LBNP) in humans. METHODS: Ten healthy male subjects were exposed to LBNP until pre-syncope. Blood pressure, heart rate (HR), cardiac pumping function and autonomic regulation were examined during LBNP. RESULTS: Mean duration of lower body negative pressure was (856±95) s. Heart rate (HR) increased significantly by 41% and 45%, whereas stroke volume (SV) decreased by 49% and 49%, respectively at 60 s and 30 s before end-point of LBNP as compared with baseline. HR increased by 63%, whereas SV decreased by 50% at the end-point of LBNP. Systolic blood pressure was significantly lower, whereas the ratio of low frequency power/high frequency power was significantly higher before the end-point of LBNP as compared with baseline. CONCLUSION: Changes of stroke volume and heart rate may be an important index for consciousness monitoring.
