摘要:
我国高血压患者大部分伴有同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine，Hcy）的水平增高。Hcy来自蛋氨酸的代谢，其水平的升高是多种疾病发生的重要危险因素。本文将从Ｈ型高血压的定义、流行病学特点、发病机制、危害性、治疗等方面进行综述。
Abstract:
Most cases of hypertension in China are associated with increased levels of homocysteine. Homocysteine results from the metabolism of methionine and the elevated level of homocysteine is an important risk factor for many diseases. The definition, epidemiology, pathogenesis, hazards, and treatment of H-hypertension will be summarized in this article.
