摘要:
心房颤动(AF)是最常见的心律失常。关于AF的机制有很多学说,研究证实肺静脉有效不应期(EPR)的缩短能促进AF的发生和维持。现就肺静脉ERP与AF的关系及其促发AF的机制作一综述。
Abstract:
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia. Many theories have been advanced about the mechanism of AF. Studies have confirmed that shortened pulmonary vein effective refractory period promotes and maintains the occurrence of AF. This article reviews the relationship and mechanism between effective refractory period of pulmonary vein and AF.
