摘要:
心肌梗死(MI)是心血管疾病导致死亡的最主要原因之一。miRNA是一类非编码小分子RNA。研究证实,MI后miRNA表达异常,通过转录后水平参与MI及其并发症的病理生理过程,有望成为急性心肌梗死(AMI)新的生化标志物和治疗靶点。
Abstract:
Myocardial infarction (MI) is a leading cause of death among all cardiovascular diseases. miRNA is a class of non-coding small RNA. Research confirms that miRNA expression becomes abnormal after MI and miRNA posttranscriptionally controls gene expression. Recent research has unveiled an important impact of miRNA on the pathophysiology of MI and its complications. Determination of miRNA expression levels therefore offers a potential diagnostic value and therapeutic target.
