摘要:
CTRP3是C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白家族中的一员,是新发现的脂肪因子。研究发现CTRP3在抗炎、代谢调控及减轻缺血损伤等方面发挥重要作用。本文就CTRP3的分子结构、表达、含量以及生物功能做一综述。
Abstract:
CTRP3 is a newly identified adipokine, which is a member of the C1q/TNF-related protein family. Research has shown that CTRP3 has anti-inflammatory, anti-ischemic and metabolic regulation properties. In this review we focused on the structure, tissue expression, content and biological functions of CTRP3.
