- 急性肾损伤（AKI）是心脏术后的严重并发症，是患者病死率增加的独立预后危险因素。本文将其发病率和病死率、发病机制、危险因素、预防及治疗做一综述。
- Abstract:
- Acute kidney injury is a serious complication after cardiac surgery and it is an independent prognostic risk factor for increased mortality in patients. This article reviews its morbidity and mortality, mechanism, risk factors, prevention and treatment.
