摘要:
缺血性心律失常是急性心肌梗死致死的主要原因之一。间隙连接蛋白(Cx)43是心室肌的主要连接蛋白,在梗死后其表达分布的紊乱与缺血性的心律失常及心脏功能的恢复有着密切联系。研究发现心肌核因子(NF)-κB、蛋白激酶(PK)A、PKC、等多种信号通路通过调节Cx43水平来发挥抗心律失常作用。Cx43转基因细胞移植技术,也表现出良好的抗心律失常和心功能恢复的效果。故本文将对Cx43与心肌梗死后心律失常关系及心功能恢复的进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Ischemic arrhythmia is one of the leading causes of death in acute myocardial infarction. Connexin 43 is the main connexin of ventricular muscle cells. After myocardial infarction, the disturbance of the distribution and decreased expression of Cx43 are associated with ischemic arrhythmia and cardiac function recovery. Studies have reported that various signaling pathways, such as NF-κB, PKA and PKC, exert antiarrhythmic effects by regulating the expressions and functions of Cx43. Cx43 transgenic cell transplantation also has some good effects on anti-arrhythmia and cardiac function recovery.So this review will focus on the relationship between connexin 43 and arrhythmia as well as cardiac function recovery after myocardial infarction.
