摘要:: 心房颤动（AF）是最常见的心律失常之一，其引发的疾病负担日趋加重。AF的治疗和管理与其他慢性疾病有相似之处，但更为复杂。近几年，国际上针对AF管理的相应研究不断开展，指南不断更新，提出了更多AF管理新策略。我国AF管理现状虽有许多不足，但随着AF中心的建立也取得了长足的进步。本文将AF管理的新进展做一综述。

Abstract:: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias. The treatment and management for AF is similar to that for other chronic diseases but is more complex. In recent years, research on the management of AF has been carried out continuously, guidelines have been constantly updated, and new strategies for the management of AF have been proposed. Although there are many deficiencies in the management of AF in our country, considerable progress has been made with the establishment of AF centers. This manuscript reviews new advances in the management of AF.
