摘要:
本文选择高血压病(HT)Ⅰ～Ⅲ期患者60例，利用非侵入性方法进行对比研究。结果如下：HT-Ⅰ期即可检出左室舒张功能不全，HT-Ⅱ 期出现左室肥厚，HT-Ⅲ期则出现左室扩大，收缩功能不全。这一结果为临床治疗高血压，防止和消退左室肥厚提供了客观指标。
Abstract:
We investigated changes in the 1eft ventricular function of 60 cases of in-patients with hypertension(HT)at Ⅰ～Ⅲ stages by non-invasive methods for comparative and control studies．The results of our study indicate that diastolic dysfunction(DDF)may be detected at HT-Ⅰstage，left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)at HT-Ⅱ stage and that left ventricular dilation and systolic dysfunction(SDF)occur at HT-Ⅲ stage．It is concluded that this discovery can provide clinical therapy of HT，prevention and regression of LVH with another new objective index．
