摘要:
作者报道54例年龄3～13 岁的正常小儿24 h 动态心电图。心率范围45～197 次?min。全组均有窦速, 大部分(76% ) 有窦缓, 部分有窦律不齐、窦停搏、窦房阻滞和I度房室阻滞。全组发现室上性早搏27例(50%) , 室性早搏6例(11%) , 均为单源单发性, 早搏总次数两者均小于10/24 h。本文对小儿DCG的诊断标准提出了初步建议。
Abstract:
A 242hour dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) was performed in 54 healthy children aged 3 to 13.The heart rate ranged from 45 to 197 beats per minute. Sinus tachycardia was seen in all children and sinus bradycardia in most of them (76% ) .Sinus arrhythmia,sinus arrest, S-AB and I°A-VB occurred in part of them.Supraventricular premature beats were present in 27 children (50% ) and ventricular premature beats only in 6 (11% ).The premature beats were always unifocal and single.The number of premature beats was all less than 10 beats/24 h.From this study, we intend to suggest a criterion for the diagno sis of DCG in ch ildren。
