摘要:
应用心电图和彩色多普勒超声仪, 观察32例扩张型心肌病室性早搏形态与左室内径的关系,并探讨扩张型心肌病宽大畸形室性早搏形成的机制。结果表明, 扩张型心肌病患者心电图QRS波宽度与左室舒张末径具有良好的相关性。QRS波幅度、室壁激动时间与左室舒张末径无相关性。
Abstract:
The relationship between the morphology of premature ventricular contraction(PVC)and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDD)in idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC) was studied by electrocardiography and echocardiography.The results indicated that there was a strong positive relationship between the width of QRS wave and LVDD ( r=0.438) , but the relationship between the amplitude of QRS wave, ventricular activation time and LVDD was not found. The mechanism of malformed PVC was discussed.
