摘要:
作者应用放射免疫分析法检测22例正常人和48例冠心病患者血浆内皮素21含量, 并与多门电路心血池显像所测心功能参数相比较, 观察两者的相关性。结果表明: 冠心病患者血浆内皮素21水平明显高于正常人, 且心功能愈差, 内皮素水平愈高。冠心病组7项心功能参数与对照组相比均差异显著。血浆内皮素21水平分别与左室射血分数、高峰射血率和高峰充盈率呈显著负相关; 与高峰充盈时间呈显著正相关。故认为血浆内皮素21含量是诊断冠心病心衰和反映心功能状态的良好指标。
Abstract:
Plasma endothelin (ET) of 48 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 22 normal subjects were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). All the values were compared with parameters obtained from radionuclide ventriculography. The results showed that ET level of CHD patients increased significantly and their cardiac functoin parameters were different from that of normal subjects. There were marked correlations between ET level and four of the parameters (left ventricu lar ejectin fraction, peak ejecfion rate, peak filling rate,and time of peak filling). Therefore we come to the conclusion that the determination of ET level by RIA is significant for diagnosisof heart failure in CHD and evaluation of cardiac function.
