摘要:
作者对240例患者进行心电图、血脂、二维超声、心功能、冠状动脉及左室造影检查, 并将各指标的改变与冠状动脉病变对比分析, 以期了解这些指标在冠心病病变中的意义。结果表明: 常规心电图ST-T在3支以上血管病变时才有明显改变(P<0.01) ; HDL/TC 在单支病变时即有改变; 左室造影及B超中的EF, △D值与狭窄程度、范围呈负相关(r=0.53, 0.61)。心功能各指标(PEP, PEP/LVET, a/D , a/H ) 的改变与冠脉狭窄程度的关系较狭窄支数为好, 而与积分法所示的狭窄范围更为密切。
Abstract:
240 patients were examind by echocardiography, electrocardiography, left ventricular and coronary angiography, their serum lipid and cardiac function were determined. Each result was compared with the degree of coronary artery stenosis. The results showed: significant changes of ST-T were only found in the patients with triple vessel disease; while the HDL/TC value changes were seen in single vessel disease; the EF and △D value of left ventricular angiography showed a negative correlatoin with the extent and percent of stenosis. Such cardiac function markers as PEP, PEP/LVET,a/H and a/D have closer correlations with the degree of coronary artery stenosis than those with the number of vessel disease.
