摘要:
为检验静脉地尔硫 控制房颤、房扑心室率的有效性和安全性, 对47例快速房颤、房扑患者一次静脉注射0.25/mg/kg 地尔硫艹卓后以5 mg/h～10 mg/h 微泵维持, 平均起效时间5.2±2.7 min, 总有效率93.6% , 心功能较用药前明显改善(P < 0.05) , 对血压无明显影响, 副作用发生率为10.6% , 均不严重。结果提示地尔硫艹卓是一种能迅速、安全、有效控制房颤、房扑患者心室率的药物。
Abstract:
To examine the efficay and safety of intravenous diltiazem , we performed the following trial in which 47 cases of consecutive patients with atrial fibrillation and/or flutter were given an intravenous bolus dose of 0.25 mg/?kg of diltiazem followed by a continuous infusion of diltiazem at 5～ 10 mg/hour using micropump.The mean response time was 5.2±2.7 minutes with the total efficacy rate being 93.6%.The cardiac function was significantly improved after the treatment(P < 0.05).The blood pressure showed little changes.The occurrence rate of side effects was 10.6% and all were not severe. These results suggest that diltiazem is efficacious in rapidly and safely controlling the heart rate in patients with atrial fibrillation and/or flutter.
