- 心房纤颤为急性心肌梗死的常见并发症。急性心肌梗死并发心房纤颤的相关危险因子为高龄、梗死面积大和心功能差。其机制涉及到窦房结动脉受累、左房缺血、左房或右房压力增加以及心房梗死。此类心房纤颤多为阵发性 ,自动或经处理后转复。急性心肌梗死并发心房纤颤者短期和长期预后差 ,对该亚组患者应更积极治疗。
