摘要:
目的 研究阻断Bachmann束(BB)对心房颤动(AF)诱发的影响．方法 对10只实验犬行心外膜BB射频消融术。阻断BB前后分别从左右心耳行快速短阵刺激以诱发AF，并比较AF阈值与持续时间。结果 在刺激方式与强度相同的情况下阻断BB前后AF阈值与持续时间相差无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论 阻断BB对AF诱发率无明显影响，提示在AF启动与维持机制中作用可能不同。
Abstract:
AIM To compare with the incidences of induced atrial fibrillation (AF)before and after blocking of Bachmann bundle(BB)，and to evaluate the role of BB in inidation and maintaince of AF．METHODS Ten dogs BB were blocked by epicardial radiofrequency ablation and the blocking was confirmed by histopathologic examination．Burst stimuli from right and left auricles were given to induce AF．RESULTS The differences of AF thresholds and AF duration before and after blocking of BB were not statistically significant(P> 0．05)．C0NCLUSI0N Blocking of BB not influence the initiation of AF．
