摘要:

目的 探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者左心室功能的早期变化。方法 应用超声心动仪检测64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的左心室功能指标，并与20例正常人做对照。结果 糖尿病患者左室舒张功能与对照组比较有显著性差异，且与病程呈等级相关．而收缩功能除心排出量外与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在无明显器质性心脏病变时，已存在左室舒张功能障碍，且随病程延长而逐渐加重。

Abstract:

AIM To observe the early changes of left ventricular function in type Ⅱ diabetic patients．METHODS Echocardiography was performed in 65 type Ⅱ diabetic patients．20 normal controls(norma1 persons) were treated in the same way，RESULTS The differences on the ventricular diastolic functions of left heart were found out between two groups．but the ventricular systolic functions except cardiac output weren't found out． CONCLUSION In diabetic patients without the apparent cardiac complications existed the ventricular diastolic dysfunction of left heart．
