摘要:
目的 探讨B受体阻制剂(比索洛尔) 对慢性心功能不全(心衰) 患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP) 和内皮素21 (ET21) 的影响。方法 将符合本试验纳入标准的68 例心衰患者分成试验组30 例和对照组38 例, 两组患者均口服相同的或同类的基本抗心衰药物的治疗, 在此基础上试验组加服比索洛尔。测定患者试验初始时和服药6个月后血浆CGRP 和ET21 浓度。结果 两组患者血浆CGRP 和ET21 的浓度初始时无显著差异(P>0.05) , 试验组在6个月后血浆CGRP 和ET21 浓度与初始时比较, 均出现显著性差异(P<0.01) , 而对照组则均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 慢性心衰患者在原有基本药物治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔, 可以降低心衰患者血浆中CGRP 和ET21 浓度, 对心衰患者的临床预后有益。
Abstract:
AIM To study the effects of bisoprol on plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in patients with chronic heart failure.METHODS The patients were divided into the tested group and the control group who were taken same kinds or sorts of basic drugs for the heart failure. The venous plasma CGRP and ET-1 levels were determined at the beginning and 6 months later.RESULTS ①At the beginning there were no significantly different in the two groups for the levels of their plasma CGRP and ET-1.②In the tested group the levels of the plasma CGRP and ET-1 after 6 months were higher than at the beginning.③But in the control group there were no significant changes after 6 months.CONCLUSION Bisoprol added to other basic drugs can decreased the levels of the plasma CGRP and ET-1, furthermore, it was benefit for the prognosis of the patients with the heart failure.
