摘要:
目的 观察老年陈旧性心肌梗死(OMI)患者海水浴前后的心率变异性(HRV)。方法 应用24 h动态心电图监测、分析13例老年OMI患者海水浴体疗前、4疗程结束后的HRV时域指标;心脏超声获LVEF值并设健康同龄对照组。结果 ①老年OMI组海水浴前HRV与LVEF值均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);②老年OMI组海水浴后HRV与LVEF值较对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。③老年OMI组海水浴后HRV与LVEF值较海水浴前 明显增高,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 海水浴体疗可使老年OMI患者HRV与LVEF值增高,改善左室功能,可作为老年心血管疾病患者的一种康复途径。
Abstract:
AIM To observe changes in heart rate variability (HRV) of senile patients with obsolete myocardial infarction (OMI) before and after sea water bath physical exercises. METHODS HRV analysis with 24-hour Holter tapes and LVEF with ultrasonic cardiogram were performed on senile patients with OMI respectively before and after sea water ath.RESULTS: Before the sea water bath,HRV and left ventrile ejection fraction(LVEF) of senile patients with OMI were significantly lower than those of the controls(P<0.01 orP<0.05). After the exercise, Their HRV and LVEF were improved remarkably(P<0. 01), and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION Sea water bath can improve HRV and LVEF, and it can serve as a rehabilitation method for senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
