摘要:

目的 比较复方丹参滴丸与丹参片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 复方丹参滴丸组38例,用复方丹参滴丸10粒,tid;丹参片组34例,用丹参片3片,tid。两组疗程均为4周。结果 复方丹参滴丸组对症状改善的总有效率为95%,心电图ST-T改善总有效率为71%;丹参片组分别为76%,50%,两组差别有显著意义(P<0.05),复方丹参滴丸组并能有效地降低血粘滞度。结论 复方丹参滴丸是一种安全有效治疗冠心病心绞痛的药物,较丹参片疗效好。

Abstract:

AIM To observe the efficacy of Composite Salvia Dropping Pill in the treatment of angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia.METHODS:Composite Salvia Dropping Pill group of 38 patients were treated with Composite Salvia Dropping Pill 10 pills, tid for 4 weeks. Salvia Miltiorrhiza group of 34 patients were treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza tablet (2g/tablet) 3 tablet, tid for 4 weeks.RESULTS:The clinical and electrocardiogram(ECG) total effective rates were 95% and 71%, respectively on Composite Salvia Dropping Pill group, were 77% and 50% respectively (P<0.05) on Salvia Miltiorrhiza group. Composite Salvia Dropping Pill reduced blood viscosity also.CONCLUSION:Composite Salvia Dropping Pill is a safe and effective drug for treatment of angina pectoris.
