摘要:
本文综述了成人房间隔缺损的临床特点,关闭成人房间隔缺损的适应证和存在的问题;介入治疗房间隔缺损的方法、治疗效果和并发症的处理。提出成人房间隔缺损应该首先选择经导管的介入治疗。
