摘要:
目的:分析肺癌心血管损害的发生率、临床表现及诊断等。方法:回顾分析50例肺癌患者。结果:其中11例发生心血管损害,其发生率为22%。发生心血管损害的11例患者中主要表现为心律失常6例(55%),心包炎5例(45%):上腔静脉阻塞综合征(SVCS)3例(27%);心力衰竭2例(18%)。结论:肺癌心血管损害的发生率较高,影响患者预后,应予重视。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyse the incidence,clinical manifestations and diagnosis of the damage of lung cancer to cardiovascular system.METHODS:We analyzed the data of 50 patients with lung cancer retrospectively.RESULTS:The damage of cardiovascular system developed in 11 of 50 cases, arrhythmia 6 cases(55%),pericarditis (45%),superior vena cava(SVCS)3 cases (27%), heart failure 2 cases(18%).CONCLUSION:There is high incidence of damage of lung cancer to cardiovascular system,the prognosis is poor.
