近几年干细胞移植在心肌梗死方面的应用研究有了较大突破,作者对干细胞的基本概念、调控、分离纯化、定向诱导以及胚胎干细胞移植、骨髓干细胞移植、骨骼肌干细胞移植和其它成体干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死研究的最新进展进行综述。
