摘要:
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在野百合碱(MCT)性肺动脉高压(PH)中的作用。方法: 用MCT复制大鼠慢性PH病理模型, 用免疫组化法和图像分析技术测定肺组织中V EGF 的表达。结果: 发现V EGF 可在正常大鼠肺血管平滑肌、支气管平滑肌和软骨组织中表达, 并且MCT 组V EGF 表达的相对含量在肺血管平滑肌(177±7) 和支气管平滑肌(172±6) 均较正常组(血管平滑肌136±8, 支气管平滑肌138±12) 呈显著增强(P<0.05)。结论:MCT 性PH 中V EGF 在肺血管平滑肌的过度表达参与MCT性PH 的发病过程。
Abstract:
AIM: To explore the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension. METHODS: VEGF was investigated by using immunohistochemistry and image analysis on the chronic pulmonary hypertension (PH) induced by MCT in Sprague-Daw ley rats. RESULTS: VEGF was positive in pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells, bronchial smooth muscle cells and chondrocytes in the control group. VEGF in the MCT group was more prominent in pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells and bronchial smooth muscle cells as compared with the control. CONCLUSION: Over expression of VEGF in pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells and bronchial smooth muscle cells is related to MCT-induced PH.
