目的:分析和观察莫索尼定片对轻、中度高血压患者的降压效果和安全性。方法: 选出轻、中度高血压患者120例, 随机分为莫索尼定组和可乐定组, 每组患者60例。两组患者均在治疗前停用原降压药1～2周, 服安慰剂,复查血压, 舒张压95～114mm Hg 者进入随机试验[1,2]。莫索尼定剂量为0.2～0.4mg/d, 观察4周。结果: 4周后莫索尼定组患者收缩压和舒张压分别下降9.5%和13.8%, 与治疗前比有显著性差异(P<0.01); 莫索尼定组降压总有效率为87%, 明显高于可乐定组(77%), 其显效率为60%, 更明显高于可乐定组(33%)。结论: 莫索尼定片能有效地降低血压, 疗效确切, 患者耐受性好。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate the curative effects and secu rity of Moxonidine tablets on patients with light or moderate hypertension. METHODS: 120 patients diagnosed as hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, Moxonidine and Clonidine treatment group. All other hypertension treatment medicines were stopped for 1～2 weeks before experiments and the blood pressures were checked up. Patients with diastolic pressu refrom 95mm Hg to 114 mm Hg were accepted for experiment. Moxonidine was administrated at the dose of 0.2～0.4mg/d for 4 weeks. RESULTS: Four weeks after treatment, both the diastolic and systolic presure of Moxonidine group were significantly decreased respectively compared with those of Clonidine group (p<0.01). Moxonidine was effective in 87% patients, significantly higher than that of control (77%). 60% patients in experimental group were sensitive to Moxonidine, markedly higher than Clonidine group. CONCLUSION: Moxonidine tablet can lower blood pressure effectively and safely.
