摘要:
目的:观察卡维地洛(β受体阻滞剂)对高龄老年人心力衰竭的影响。方法:选择心功能Ⅱ,Ⅲ级的高龄(大于80岁)老年患者 25例,除外哮喘、支气管痉挛的慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肝功能异常、Ⅱ～Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞、严重心动过缓、严重低血压。入选后每周观察心率和血压;患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加服卡维地洛,服卡维地洛前和服后8周分别作超声心动图进行比较。结果:治疗前后患者心率、血压显著降低(P<0.01),左室射血分数(LVEF)及二尖瓣波群 E/A显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),等容舒张时间(LVRT)显著缩短(P<0.01)。结论:高龄老年心力衰竭患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用卡维地洛,可进一步改善心功能,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of Cavedilol on the elderly patients with heart failure. METHODS: 25 elderly patients with Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree cardiac function(≥80 years of age) were given Caedilol for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, heart rate, blood pressure,echocardiograpy were performed respectively. RESULTS: Eigt weeks after the treatment LVEF and E/A were increased (P<0.01) while the heart rate, blood pressure and LVRT were reduced (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Cavedilol added to conventional therapy can improve cardiac function and living quality in the elderly patients with heart failure.
