摘要:
目的:探讨醛固酮(Ald)诱导心肌肥大的大鼠模型中，血浆神经肤Y(NPY)含盘的变化。方法:健康雄性Wistar大鼠21只，随机分为3组:①正常对照组;②心肌肥大组:皮下注射Ald 18 μg/d X 14 d,③螺内醋组:皮下注射Ald 18 jig/d,螺内醋20 mg·kg-1· d-1灌胃连续14 d,测量尾动脉压，取心脏测童左心室质盈/体质I (LVW/BW)比值，用放免方法测定血浆NPY、血管紧张素，(Ang I ),Ald含量。结果:心肌肥大组较正常LVW/BW升高，NPY和Ang I下降，Ald增加，螺内醋组较心肌肥大组LVW/BW降低，NPY,Ang I和Ald增加。结论:外源性Ald通过与受体结合可负性调控NPY的分泌。
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the chenges of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY) level in aldosterone (Ald)-inducedc ardiach ypertrophic rats. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:the control group，the Ald group traeated with Ald(18 μg/d X 14 d)，and the spironolactone group treated with Ald (18 μg/d X 14 d) and spironolactone (20 mg·kg-1·d-1 X 14d ).The NPY,AngI and Ald level in plasma were determined by radio immunoassay.RESULTS: The NPY and Ang I level decreased,and the Ald level increased in the Ald group compared with the control group. But the NPY level markedly increased in the spironolactone group compared with the Ald group. CONCLUSION:Ald can negatively control the secretion of NPY by binding with its receptor.
