摘要:
目的:观测冠心病患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平。方法:行选择性冠脉造形(SCA)的意者60例，分为4组，其中SCA正常者10例作为对照组，急性心肌梗死(AMI)组20例，陈旧性心肌梗死(OMI)组10例，心绞痛(AP)组20例，使用ELISA方法分别检测其血清VEGF的水平.结果:AMI患者血清VEGF水平显著商于其它各组(P<0.01)，且其VEGF的水平与心肌梗死部位、病变血管及血管病变程度无关，AP,OMI组血清VEGF略商于对照组，但无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:AMI患者血清VEGF水平升离。
Abstract:
AIM:To study the serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in patients with coronary heart disease. METHODS:60 patients who had undergone selective coronary angiography were divided into four groups. 10 patients with normal coronary artery served as the control group，and 20 acute myocardial infarction (AMI)，10 old myocardial infarction (OMI)，20 angina pectoris (AP) were the experimental subjects. The levels of serum VEGF were measured by ELISA.RESULTS: The serum VEGF levels in the AMI patients were higher than those in the AP and OMI patients and the control(P<0.01). There was no relationship between ship serum VEGF levels and infarction location, infarct-related vessels，and extent of coronary artery disease. The serum VEGF levels in AP and OMI patients increased without statistical significance (P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The serum VEGF levels may be elevated during the healing process after AMI.
