摘要:
目的:观察酒精对小鼠心肌的影响。方法:每日用不同量的酒精给小鼠灌胃,2 个月后测小鼠血清中谷草转氨 酶(GOT) 的含量,并做心脏HE 病理切片。结果:2 个月后大剂量组小鼠GOT含量有明显升高,并且有比较严重的病 理变化。小剂量组小鼠GOT含量无明显变化,而心肌的病理变化类似大剂量组。结论:相同浓度不同剂量的酒精 对小鼠心肌有不同程度的损害。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate of the effect of alcohol on the myocardiumof mouse. METHODS: Mice were drunk with different dose of alcohol . The specimen of mouse’s heart was observed by the means of HE dye , and the GOT level in serum was also measured. RESULTS : After 2 months , compared with control group , the GOT level in experiment group of large dosage was increased significantly ( P < 0. 05) with bad pathological changes. However , the GOT level in experiment group of little dose did not change obviously , but pathological changes of myocardium resembled those of the large-dose group. CONCLUSION: The same consistence and different dose of alcohol have different degree damage to the myocardium of mouse
