摘要:
血管新生是缺血性疾病治疗领域备受关注的问题。过去10 年中,细胞生长因子介导的治疗性血管生成在血管新生研究中占主导地位。近年来,随着干细胞功能研究的不断深入,干细胞介导的血管新生治疗逐步成为这一领域的新热点。内皮前体细胞(EPCs) 又称内皮祖细胞,是近年发现的能自我更新、增殖分化为内皮细胞的多能干细胞。本文综述了EPCs 及其在血管新生中所起作用的研究进展。
