摘要:: 卡尼汀（CN）是参与脂肪酸氧化的营养要素。近年对CN及其衍生物的研究表明，其有保护心肌功能和代谢的作用，包括增加碳水化合物氧化，优化产能；移走心肌细胞中长链脂酰CoA和脂酰卡尼汀等有毒代谢物；补充营养的缺乏。CN补充的有效作用在临床许多疾病中，如糖尿病、先天性心脏病、缺血性心脏病、充血性心力衰竭、外周血管病中得到证实。补充外源性CN可能对心血管疾病是一种极有前景的代谢治疗措施。
