- 目的 观察应用低分子肝素（low molecular weightheparin,LMWH）干预后不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者的校正QT离散度（QTcd）、校正JT离散度（JTcd）及C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化及其相关关系。方法 将145名UAP患者随机分成干预组（n=76）给予LMWH，对照组（n=69）给予常规治疗。观察两组QTcd、JTcd及CRP的变化并进行统计分析。结果干预组与对照组的心绞痛缓解、消失的天数有显著性差异（P<0.01）。QTcd、JTcd及CRP亦存在显著性差异（均P<0.01）。QTcd、JTcd与CRP在治疗的变化中呈正相关（r分别为0.62、0.51，均P<0.01）。结论 LMWH对UAP的QTcd、JTcd及CRP有显著的降低作用，QTcd、JTcd与CRP呈正相关。
- Abstract:
- AIM To observe the changes of QTcd, JTcd and Creactive protein in patients with unstable angina pain following the medication of low molecular weight heparin. METHODS Patients involved were divided into two groups: 76 put on low molecular weight heparin; 69 given routine treatment. The changes of QTcd, JTcd and Creactive protein were observed, and their correlativity was analyzed. RESULTS QTcd, JTcd and Creactive protein were decreased (P<0.01), and angina was alleviated and disappeared more rapidly in the group with low molecular weight heparin compared with the group with routine treatment (P<0.01). There was positive correlativity between QTcd, JTcd and C-reactive protein respectively (r=0.62, r=0.51, P<0.01). CONCLUSION Medication with low molecular weight heparin decreases QTcd, JTcd and Creactive protein in patients with unstable angina pain.
