摘要:
目的 评价国产封堵器治疗并发重度肺动脉高压动脉导管未闭（PDA）的可行性及近期效果。方法 采用经导管国产封堵器堵闭并发重度肺动脉高压PDA 9例，术后进行经胸超声心动图、X线及心电图复查随访。结果 9例均封堵成功；2例术后残余分流，在30 d随访中完全消失；血流动力学及心功能在术后和随访期间均有显著改善。全部病例均无严重并发症。结论 应用国产封堵器治疗并发重度肺动脉高压PDA，安全可行，近期效果好。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of transcatheter closure of patent ductus arterious (PDA) complicated severe pulmonary hypertension (SPH) with Chinamade occluders. METHODS Nine patients with PDA complicated SPH were occluded with Chinamade occluders and followed up for 1 to 2 days and 30 days after treatment. RESULTS All the 9 patients were occluded successfully. There was small residual shunt in two patients, which vanished slowly during the 30 day followup. The pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) was gravitated 22-60 mmHg. The capacity of left ventricular improved obviously. There were no severe complications. CONCLUSION Transcatheter closure of PDA with severe pulmonary hypertension with Chinamade occluders is not only safe and feasible but has very good shortterm result.
