消瘀降脂胶囊防治兔高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的形成(PDF)

摘要:
目的 探讨复方中药消瘀降脂胶囊对高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的防治作用。方法 雄性新西兰兔48只被随机分为6组,即正常对照组、模型组、消瘀降脂胶囊小剂量组(25 mg/kg)、消瘀降脂胶囊中剂量组(50 mg/kg)、消瘀降脂胶囊大剂量组(100 mg/kg),阳性对照组(血脂康65 mg/kg)。除正常对照组外,其余每兔给予高脂饲料(含胆固醇150 mg/kg,猪油0.5 ml/kg)饲养及相应药物,连续28 d,于28 d末测定兔血脂水平,并处死动物取大动脉标本行病理学检查。结果 消瘀降脂胶囊给药各组血清总胆固醇(TC)[(1.91±0.94)、(1.55±0.50)、(1.32±0.34) mmol/L]和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)[(1.03±0.79)、(0.72±0.58)、(0.59±0.27) mmol/L]、水平均显著低于模型组[(5.64±1.60),(4.29±1.55) mmol/L,P<0.01];甘油三酯(TG)与模型组(1.65±0.69) mmol/L比较有下降趋势,其中大剂量组(0.93±0.44)mmol/L 下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消瘀降脂胶囊各治疗组动脉壁脂质沉积减少,尤以大剂量组明显。结论 消瘀降脂胶囊具有防治高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的作用。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the preventive effect of Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule in primary hyperlipidemia and atherosclerotic development. METHODS Fortyeight New Zealand rabbits were divided into six groups: normal control,model of fed with high fat diet, treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsules at dose of 25 mg/kg,treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsules at dose of 50 mg/kg,treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsules at dose of 100 mg/kg,treated with Xue zhikang capsules at dose of 65 mg/kg. All the rabbits, except those in normal control, were fed with highfat diet (containing cholesterol 150 mg/kg and lard 0.5 ml/kg) and were treated respectively with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsules and Xuezhikang capsules for 28 days. At the end of 28 days, the lipidemia levels were measured and the animals were killed. Pathological examination was conducted in big artery specimens of the animals. RESULTS Serum total cholesterol (TC) [(1.91±0.94), (1.55±0.50), (1.32±0.34)mmol/L] and low density cholesterol (LDLC) [(1.03±0.79), (0.72±0.58), (0.59±0.27 )mmol/L] levels were far lower in all the groups treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule than those in model of fed with high fat diet [(5.64±1.60), (4.29±1.55)mmol/L,P<0.01]. Serum triglyceride (TG) had a declining tendency in all the groups treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule, with a statistical declining difference in the large-dose group [(0.93±0.44), (1.65±0.69) mmol/L,P<0.05]. Pathological examination in large artery specimen showed that the lipid sediment in artery wall decreased in all the groups treated with Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule, particularly in the largedose group. CONCLUSION Xiaoyujiangzhi capsule has effects of preventing hyperlipidemia and atherosclerotic development.
