摘要:
中性肽链内切酶（NEP）能降解许多血管活性肽，研究表明在充血性心力衰竭动物模型中，肾脏NEP蛋白含量、活性及表达是增高的。本文主要综述抑制NEP在心血管疾病中作用的研究进展。
